Everything started with the founding architect of Yetkin Tahini Helva, who was trained by an Armenian master Osman Sakıp Bey and Ahmet Yetkin Bey. He continued to produce tahini and became the pioneer of better quality and healthier production with each passing day.
In addition to tahini production, investments in technological infrastructure and manufacturing machinery were made and a transition was made to halva production.
