Dolfin A.Ş. was founded as a foreign trade company in 1959. Then, embarked on a fresh venture by entering the food business in 1995. Since then Dolfin Food has been under the spotlight as an innovative company with a unique insight by identifying consumer trends and sourcing products that will succeed in the Turkish market. It is this insight that makes Dolfin Food a pioneer food importer and distributor in the Turkish market.

We import from various countries and distribute to the national and international retail chains, deli shops, first-class & top gourmet restaurants, cafe’s, five star hotels, holiday resorts & villages all over Turkey. Dolfin food is also the exclusive distributor of many globally recognized brands in Turkey.

We have a dedicated telemarketing department to support our sales team to provide all customers with a rapid response to any specific requirements. We distribute by our own specialized fleet of vehicles in Istanbul and our strong distribution channels enable us to reach every corner in Turkey.

We focus on brand awareness by working closely with all the culinary art schools; give training and workshops to the current and future chefs on the correct use of our products and inspire them about the alternative uses. We invite chefs to our fully equipped R&D kitchen to watch or perform demos on our products and reach domestic users by organizing tasting events and cooking workshops at the major retail chains.
