Vitruvius

Vitruvius is a production atelier crafting clean-label beverages, inspired by the pursuit of a more enjoyable way of living. We believe feeling well is not incidental, but the result of conscious choices and thoughtful production.

Named after the Roman architect Marcus Vitruvius Pollio, our approach is grounded in Utilitas, Venustas, Firmitas — utility, beauty, and durability. We combine scientific knowledge with traditional methods, shaping products through intention, process, and continuity.

Since 2019, we have been producing kombucha, and today, alongside it, clean-label sparkling water series. Across both, we focus on additive-free formulations, balanced flavors, and products designed for everyday consumption. Two product lines, one philosophy: respect for time, balance, and simplicity.
