At Tobe Energy, we've reengineered electrolysis from the electrode up to make hydrogen finally make economic sense. Our membrane-free architecture runs near-ambient, uses no rare-earth or platinum-group catalysts, and is built almost entirely from US-sourced materials — a fundamentally simpler machine than the PEM and alkaline systems it competes with.

The core is a resonant power system that drives the stack like a finely tuned LLC converter — minimizing losses, increasing throughput, and presenting a grid-friendly load to the equipment upstream. No ion-exchange membranes to degrade. No caustic electrolyte. Water in, hydrogen out.

Founded by engineers and scientists with deep roots in oil & gas, renewables, and deep tech, we don't just build electrolyzers — we build deployable hydrogen infrastructure. Our modular skids co-locate with industrial sites, data centers, and energy hubs to produce hydrogen on-site, from 100 kW to multi-megawatt scale, without long-distance transport or storage.

We're now scaling production from our vertically integrated facility in Oklahoma City, with our first commercial deployment underway. The membrane-free design removes the replacement cliff that limits conventional stacks — so the economics hold over the life of the plant, not just on day one.
