Founded in 2014 in Ankara, Türkiye TİS Teknolojik İzolatör Sistemleri A.Ş., is the first domestic company to design, manufacture and sell friction pendulum type earthquake isolation devices (Friction Pendulum™) and structural bearings with appropriate certifications. In addition to CE certification, TİS, which has an Integrated Management System (IMS) created by the combination of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, has made it its first priority to provide reliable and quality service. Operating in a production facility with 50,000 m² closed and 200,000 m² open area, TİS has its own test setup where it can apply various static and dynamic test procedures. In addition to producing creative and reliable solutions to different earthquake engineering problems, TİS has the capacity to carry out R&D projects supported by various institutions and aims to be one of the leading companies in the field of earthquake isolation.

Today, continuing its activities under its new corporate name TİS Deprem Teknolojileri, the company has expanded its scope within the framework of integrated earthquake technologies. Alongside its well-established product lines of seismic isolation devices and structural bearings, TİS now offers a broader portfolio that includes Buckling Restrained Braces (BRB), energy-dissipating dampers, floor and equipment isolation systems, seismic gap joints, and structural health monitoring solutions. With these additions, TİS Deprem Teknolojileri continues to strengthen its position as a comprehensive solution provider, delivering advanced, multidisciplinary protection systems designed to enhance the resilience and operational continuity of critical structures worldwide.
