Power Construction Technologies & Technical Engineering Services (G3 Grup) has managed the cost and entitlement balance of construction projects since 2006, from Turkish public investments to international construction contracts. We prepare an interim payment certificate; we audit one prepared by someone else. We draft tender documents on behalf of the employer and build bid files on behalf of the contractor. Reading the same account from both directions is the hardest part of this profession, and it is exactly what we do.

We work in two contract languages: Turkish public procurement law (Acts 4734/4735) at home and FIDIC abroad. We have carried technical office responsibility on hotel, hospital, refinery, shopping mall and embassy projects in Russia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Georgia.

Repetitive, calculation-heavy work is produced by our in-house software and AI-assisted tools; in our period-indexed price memory of 308,000 records, the question "which month's price is this?" never goes unanswered. Engineering judgement and signature always belong to our civil engineers.
