Our olives, which we collect from our trees of the memecik type grafting from the wild olives of the Bafa region, are produced in the Milas Uyku Vadisi cooperative's own facility, with a boutique machine that performs waterless pressing, in a hygienic environment at 22 degrees, preserving the valuable components in the olive oil for human health.
