Maya Bakery & Workshop unutulan doğal ve sağlıklı ekmeği tekrar hayatımıza geri kazandırmak amacı ile 2017’de faaliyet göstermeye başlamıştır.
Ekşi Maya kullanarak tamamen doğal ve katkısız tam buğday, buğday ve çavdar unları ile artisan ekmekler yapan Maya Bakery, yapımında kaya tuzu ve ph derecesi yüksek su kullanmaktadır. Doğal yollarla yapılmış ekşi maya ile oluşturulan hamurlar soğuk ve uzun süren bir fermentasyona maruz bırakılarak gluteni sindirilebilir bir seviyeye indirger, prebiyotik ve probiyotik özellikleri sayesinde sindirimi kolaylaştırır. Ekmeğin üretimine başlanması ile fırından çıkması arasında ki süre ise yaklaşık 32 saati bulmakta, bu sebeple hem daha lezzetli hem de daha sağlıklı olmaktadır.
