Kuveyt Türk Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (“Kuveyt Türk Portföy”), Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu’nun 28.04.2015 tarih ve 11/509 sayılı toplantısında verilen izinle kurulmuş, 07.09.2015 tarihinde de Faaliyet Yetki Belgesi almıştır.
Esas sözleşmesinde de belirtildiği üzere, Kuveyt Türk Portföy’ün ana faaliyet konusu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat hükümleri çerçevesinde yatırım fonlarının kurulması ve yönetilmesidir .
Kuveyt Türk Portföy, faaliyetlerini uluslararası faizsiz finans ilkeleri çerçevesinde yerine getirecektir. Bu uyumu gözetmek üzere yönetimden bağımsız bir Yüksek Danışma Kurulu oluşturulmuştur (bkz. Yüksek Danışma Kurulu Yönetmeliği).
