Turkish Securities was established on 31 December 1996 as a subsidiary of TurkishBank Group, which operates across the banking, investment banking and insurance sectors in Türkiye, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the United Kingdom.
Drawing on TurkishBank Group’s 125 years of experience, Turkish Securities delivers high-quality, reliable and tailored capital markets solutions through its “One-to-One Investment Services” approach. The Company has paid-in capital of TRY 161.8 million.
Together with TürkBankası, its agency partner in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Turkish Securities powers AÇIK YATIRIM (Open Investment)—the Group’s wealth management proposition—and delivers its investment services to clients across Northern Cyprus.
In addition to its landmark VK1 headquarters at Valikonağı Caddesi No: 1, Turkish Securities serves its clients through 2 other branches in Çiftehavuzlar and Caddebostan.
