Dünyada en çok gayrimenkul satışı yapan, sektörün en önemli markalarından birinin çatısı altında 2008

yılından bu yana faaliyetlerimizi sürdürdük. Anlaşmalı olduğumuz banka, kurum ve kuruluşların 81 ildeki

ihtiyaç fazlası gayrimenkullerinin pazar analizlerini çıkartıp (kısa-orta-uzun vadede gerçek satılabilir raporları)

ve satışlarını yaptık. Türkiye’nin 81 ilinde satış ve ekspertiz yapabilen ve bütün illerdeki avukatlarımız

sayesinde tapu yapabilen ilk firmayız. Kurduğumuz ağ ile yapmış olduğumuz satışlardan dolayı Türkiye’de bir

çok ödüller aldık.

Bu süreçte Türkiye’de ihtiyaç fazlası gayrimenkullerin satış-pazarlama-ekspertiz tapu hizmetlerinde bir çok

eksiklikleri olduğunu görüp, kendi bilgi birikim ve tecrübemiz ile KURUMSAL GAYRİMENKUL TÜRKİYE ’yi

kurduk.

We have maintained our business since 2008 under the roof of one of the most important brands of the sector that sells the most real estate in the world.

We have made market analyses (real reports showing the salability in the short-middle-long run) of the surplus real estate properties in 81 cities for the banks, institutions and companies we cooperate with. We are the first company that can make sale and expertise in 81 cities of Turkey and that can make land registration with our advocates in all the cities. We have been awarded lots of prizes in Turkey because of the sales we did via the network we set up.

In this process, we have seen that surplus real estate properties in Turkey have lots of deficiencies in terms of sales-marketing-deed expertise services, so we have established CORPORATE REAL ESTATE TURKEY.

We still go on cooperating with lots of foreign investor companies taking native and foreign investors’ great interest in our country into consideration, and we enable our investors with maximum income in real estate sector.
