The team proudly uses the “greenest” roaster in the world “Loring Smartroast,” The Loring is particularly known for being extremely precise with extraordinarily pure tastes as a result. As the favorite roasting equipment of many roast masters, Loring constitutes only one part of the process. The Kronotrop team’s approach is that great coffee rests on a delicate balance between science and art, and so they relentlessly continue their research and training.

The Kronotrop Roastmasters and Baristas, who are the leaders of third wave coffee artisanship in Turkey, have been representing Turkey in World Championships for the last three years.
