Kolsetu

Kolsetu builds agentic AI systems that eliminate the communication overhead blocking life.

Our first product, Elba, is a multilingual AI agent that handles everything from booking appointments to filling forms and calling support lines. It's built for everyone and engineered to meet the security and compliance standards of regulated industries.

We’re compliant with the GDPR, EU AI Act, and EU Data Act, are ISO 27001 certified, and completed assessments to ISO 27017 and 27018.

Elba began as a lifeline for expats navigating healthcare and bureaucracy - and now serves everyone who needs to be understood instantly, reliably, and securely. From public insurers and SMEs to startups, Elba integrates seamlessly into existing workflows and delivers scalable results - no training, no call queues, no friction.

We’re not chasing hype. We’re solving real problems, in real systems, through human-centered innovation and true compliance.

If your operations are stuck doing robot work, let Elba handle it instead.
