Sleak

Corporate training is broken in a specific way: it's all content, no practice.

Completion rates look great. Competence doesn't change. Someone who finished 14 modules and someone who can hold a pricing conversation under pressure are completely different people.

Sleak is an AI Coach that develops professional skills through conversation.

Managers define what their team needs to achieve — launching a new product, improving close rates, onboarding new hires, sharpening negotiation discipline — and the Coach takes it from there: personalized coaching sessions, realistic training scenarios with virtual counterparts, and structured feedback scored against defined scorecards. All grounded in the company's actual context.

Not an LMS with course catalogs. Not a one-off workshop. A persistent AI relationship that adapts to each person — always available, endlessly patient.

Voice-native. Runs on web, phone, and soon Microsoft Teams.

Working with enterprise teams across the DACH region.
