Greenstone Recruitment - Agriculture

Greenstone Recruitment has been proudly helping New Zealand farmers source high-quality, reliable staff since 2006. Our recruiters combine extensive recruitment experience with deep agricultural knowledge, helping employers build teams that fit their farm’s unique goals, culture, and values. We understand that getting the right people in the right roles is key to long-term success, and we take the time to ensure the fit is right.

We work closely with both New Zealand and overseas candidates, sourcing skilled talent from countries including the Philippines, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and India. Our in-house Licensed Immigration Advisers manage the visa process for overseas candidates and their families, from temporary entry to residence and citizenship, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and seamless process for employers.

We recruit across all agricultural sectors and at all levels, with a strong focus on dairy. Our dairy recruiters are dairy farmers themselves, giving us firsthand industry insight. This allows us to provide specialised advice for roles such as Dairy Farm Manager, Contract Milker, and Sharemilker, including structuring positions and contracts to foster successful, long-term partnerships.

At Greenstone Recruitment, we pride ourselves on a personalised, hands-on approach, working closely with employers to understand their operations, farm goals, and values. By combining recruitment expertise, agricultural knowledge, and a commitment to care, we help employers build strong, reliable teams that drive farm success. Our process fosters long-standing relationships where both employers and employees can thrive, making Greenstone Recruitment the trusted choice for New Zealand farmers.
