Let us tell you our story…

It began many years ago with our founders, forging strong relationships and building a big bank of knowledge. After founding and selling two successful New Zealand recruitment brands (now ASX listed) from the ground up, they were ready to make a change, to shake things up…

That’s when Tribe as we know it was born. Tribe, ‘a place where you belong’, an unstoppable force of like-minded people who are incredibly driven, hard-working, full of energy, knowledgeable, dedicated, funny, down to earth (the list goes on…)

Everything we’ve learnt in this business tells us that culture-fit is just as important as skill-set. And it’s when these two things come together that organisations and individuals thrive. That’s why we live by our guiding light ‘we are unstoppable at helping people find not just a job, but their tribe.’

All our work is overseen by our Tribal Chiefs Jenny and James, who bring their unrivalled networks and commercial capability to each project. So whether you need support with full service recruitment, search, research, market mapping, candidate engagement, skills testing, psychometric testing, background checking, get in touch with our tribe, we’d love to hear your story!
