Perfume Holding is an international player in the fragrance and cosmetic industry.

The Group takes its origin from Morris Profumi, founded in 1946 in Parma by Giuseppe Borri and has a track record of more than 60 years in the perfumes industry.

Perfume Holding is one of the few medium size companies in the world that can offer a complete integration from creation and production up to full distribution and direct operations in the most important areas of the world.

With a well balanced mix of Italian and French culture, Perfume Holding can compete with big players offering:

Perfume Holding is controlled by Investindustrial, an investment company led by Andrea Bonomi, and the Orlando fund, which is headed in Italy by Enrico Ceccato, who is also chairman of Perfume Holding.
