1993 yılında Umut Mimarlık adıyla Çorlu'da kurulan ; Ziya Kaya Mimarlık adıyla bir süre çalışmalarına devam eden şirket , 2019 yılında yapılanmaya giderek Ziya Kaya Mimarlık |Architects ismiyle faaliyet göstermeye başladı.
