ZEM Architecture

Zem Architecture was founded in 2016 by Zübeyde Yeşilyurt Tunç. Following the founder’s master’s education and professional experience in the United Kingdom, the practice continues its work based in Istanbul.

Primarily focusing on residential and office projects, Zem Architecture adopts a human-centered design approach, aiming to create livable and high-quality spaces. We believe that the spirit of a place is shaped by its context and its users, making each space as unique as a fingerprint.

In every project, equal importance is given to the design process as to the final outcome. Our approach is built upon understanding the character of the site, accurately interpreting requirements, and analyzing use scenarios and user–space relationships through a multi-layered perspective. By addressing each project within its own context, Zem Architecture aims to produce authentic, place-specific, and enduring architectural solutions.
