Yücel Boru ve Profil Endüstrisi A.Ş. 1969 yılında kurulmuş olup, ürün gamında; çelik sanayi boru ve profilleri, konstrüksiyon boru ve profilleri, özel kesitli profiller, hassas borular bulunmaktadır.
1998 yılında Gebze fabrikasını, 2005 yılında Dörtyol fabrikasını, 2014 yılında Osmaniye fabrikasını faaliyete geçirmiştir. 2019 yılı itibarıyla Dörtyol fabrikası grup şirketi olan Çayırova Boru San. ve Tic. A.Ş.’ye devrolmuştur. Şirket, Gebze, Osmaniye ve Yeşilköy üretim tesislerinde devam eden üretim faaliyetlerine, Mayıs 2020’de Gebze Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde devreye aldığı Hassas Boru tesislerini eklemiştir.
Yücel Boru, İstanbul Sanayi Odası tarafından düzenlenen ISO 500 listesinde 2021 yılında 30. sıradan yerini almıştır.
