Non-profit Organization Management in India
Overview
Youth Dreamers Foundation (YDF) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to removing financial and systemic barriers to higher education for India's most underserved students- through scholarships, career guidance, and holistic scholar support.
Founded in 2015, YDF has grown from a single scholarship program in Maharashtra to a pan-India movement operating across 10+ states, 300+ districts, and 1000+ villages. Over the past decade, we have facilitated 50 Cr+ in scholarships, directly supporting 55,000+ scholars and reaching 5,00,000+ students through outreach- with 2 Lakh+ girls supported.
Our end-to-end model goes beyond financial aid: through Career Guidance, Scholar Care, Digital Learning STEM Labs, and an Alumni Connect network, we equip scholars with life skills, employability tools, and mentorship. The result: 30% scholars employed, with 99% retention rate.
