YourNest Properties Ltd

YOURNEST PROPERTIES WAS FOUNDED ON A FEW BASIC PRINCIPLES

Customer service

Innovation

Equality

Pride

Experience

After several years experience within the property industry we ended up feeling as frustrated as almost every tenant and landlord out there. The reason for this was simple, slow out of date processes handed down through the generations from employee to employee resulted in no real innovation within the industry. Alas there was only one thing for it, the result…YourNest properties was born.

Nestled in between the popular and vibrant student locations and the everyday more impressive Headingley City Centre, we are ideally suited to provide both quality student and professional dwellings to this ever expanding market place. We do not believe in fancy shop fronts in this digital age, instead YourNest have developed a business model based around simplicity, a modern working atmosphere and lower overheads in order to focus on what matters the most; marketing your property and matching with great tenants. Gone are the day’s people trawled along the high street clutching a property brochure, things are far simpler these days and we aim to capitalise on this in the most innovative ways possible with aggressive and engaging digital marketing, slick process and a bespoke and personal service.
