Yıllar boyu bireysel olarak halk bilim çalışmalarında yer almış 8 ODTÜ mezunu “yaren” tarafından kurulan Yaren Kooperatif, çocuklarımıza yapılan her yatırımın kelebek etkisiyle ailelere ve oradan da topluma yayılması hayalini taşımaktadır.
Çocuklarımıza halkbilim birikimlerini aktararak, geleneği geleceğe doğru mesajlarla iletmek tecrübe ve sosyal ağımızla toplumda eğitim ve kalkınma adına farklılık yaratmaktır.

Bu nedenle halk biliminden yola çıkarak çocuklarımıza birlik ve beraberliği geleneksel yollarla, halk müziği ve halk oyunları ile somutlaştırarak aktarmayı seçiyoruz.
Kendi değerlerimizden de yola çıkarak kendine ve çevresine saygılı, dürüst, sorumluluk sahibi, şefkatli iletişim dilini kullanan ve kendine ve çevresine sevgi ile yaklaşabilen çocuklar yetiştirmeyi hedefliyoruz.
