Yangzhou Qunfa Heat Exchanger Co. Ltd. was founded in 1986. It is the first manufacture that produces stainless steel bar plated oil coolers and aluminum air-air intercoolers on 110 acres land in China. “Qunfa” is our registered trademark. We are a joint-stock enterprise, professional on researching, developing and manufacturing the cooling systems of engine, automobile, agriculture equipment, construction machinery, generator set and etc. There are 4 types of products, which are oil coolers, air-air intercoolers, radiators and condensers. They are extensively applied on several kinds of automobiles, engineering plant, generator set, agriculture equipment and military vehicles, vessel, etc. which depends on the engine of Styer, Cummins, Perkins, Weichai etc. We have the production capacity of 500,000 pieces of intercoolers, 200,000 pieces of stainless steel bar-plated oil coolers, 500,000 pieces of aluminum radiators, 200,000 pieces of aluminum oil coolers and 200,000 pieces of condensers. In 2005, we have passed TS16949: 2000 international quality system certificates.

Qunfa can design and manufacture aluminum intercoolers, aluminum heat exchangers, stainless steel oil coolers, aluminum oil coolers, and parallel flow condensers. Our plants own nitrogen protection brazing furnaces, vacuum soldering furnaces, automatic belt rolling machines, automatic assembling machines, automatic press mounting machines and other advanced equipment. Besides these production machines, we also have a complete set of testing machines to make sure every product’s quality. To achieve this goal, we use dry leak detectors, vibration test stands, pulse test beds, bursting test machines, salt spray testing, etc.
