Workman LLP

We're Workman – the UK's largest independent property management and building consultancy specialist.

Even though we're in property, we're all about people.

For over 40 years, we've focused on getting the fundamentals right. We manage 3,900+ assets, collect £3bn in rent annually, and work with 20,000+ occupiers. What matters most? Buildings that run smoothly, occupiers who stay longer, and clients who trust us to deliver.

We manage 27m sq. of space (equivalent to 4,200 Premier League football pitches) and provide straightforward building consultancy advice that helps investors make informed decisions. No jargon, no complications – just clear guidance when it counts.

We're building a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to make a difference. With 900+ people across 11 UK offices and in France, we're creating a workplace that's as well-built as the service we provide.

That's what we call great Workmanship.
