Women in Data™ is a global nonprofit community dedicated to closing the gender gap in data careers. We believe the future of data and AI should be built by everyone, and that starts with making space for women and underrepresented groups to learn, connect, and lead in this field.

We fulfill our mission through three pillars: Awareness, Education, and Advancement. From mentorship and skill-building programs to conferences, Datathons, and networking events, we equip our members with the tools, connections, and confidence to grow thriving careers in data and AI.
