Wogas

Wogas is a procurement and business value advisory.

Procurement is often described as a function. In reality, it reflects how organisations define priorities, manage trade-offs and make decisions that shape business value.

In many organisations, procurement is expected to contribute to performance, yet its role in governance and decision-making remains limited. The challenge is rarely capability. It lies in how decisions are structured, how responsibilities are defined and how value is understood across the organisation.

Wogas works with organisations that seek to reposition procurement as a strategic management capability and a driver of business value. The advisory focuses on integrating procurement into governance, aligning decision-making with value creation and strengthening the organisation’s ability to manage capital, cost, risk, innovation and sustainability.

The work is informed by the KTRIO value framework, a decision model that connects procurement with the key dimensions of business value and provides a structured approach to managing trade-offs.

Wogas is also the publisher of the book Nabava kao ogledalo upravljanja, which introduces a management perspective on procurement and forms the conceptual foundation of this work.

In addition, Wogas contributes to executive education through the PSM-EP Procurement and Supply Management Excellence Program, developed in collaboration with IPG Partners Group and delivered under the auspices of HUND.
