WLG

Some of the roles we fill cannot be advertised. Most of them can.

WLG is a boutique search firm working from the Netherlands across Europe, at senior and director level, for large enterprise, technology and defence programmes. We fill over a hundred roles a year and keep close to two hundred consultants out on client projects.

Where we are unusual is the hard end of that market. We place people who hold live security clearance, into programmes where the wrong hire is expensive and the right person is difficult to reach. That work sets the bar for everything else we do, which is why the same clients bring us their ordinary searches as well.

We keep the desk deliberately small. Fewer clients means fewer markets we have signed away, which means the people you want are still available to you. One client came to us after five agencies had produced nobody at all.

Tell us what went wrong with the last search. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
