Wilfords London

Wilfords is an independent estate agent based in the heart of Kensington. We sell and rent London’s finest properties offering you a bespoke service and outstanding results.

Wilfords past clients are our best advocates. Take a look through some of our client testimonials for recent reviews. Wilfords is owned and run by its founding partners who work full time within the business. The passion for our own business combined with a strong independent brand is generating referrals from old and new clients alike. We are proud of what we are building, brick by brick.

"Wilfords was not the first place that came to mind when I needed to rent the house, however having tried two of the largest agencies with unhappy results a friend of mine referred me to Simon. Simon made a prompt appointment and set to work immediately. Mine was not an easy house to market since I was only in the U.K. for two months and was still in discussions with the County Council re. the numbering of the house. This did not deter Simon, and he shortly found two very suitable tenants who were willing to work with him on moving dates."

"Just a short note to thank you for all your help in finding my new tenants in a difficult market. May I also add that your personal approach, pleasant manner and efficiency were much appreciated and I will look forward to dealing with you again in the future! AM Kensington"

" We were both impressed by the way Wilfords does business, from start to finish, you have the work ethic and ability to take on any of the large chains of agents. We wouldn’t hesitate to use you again and will recommend you to our friends when the subject of which agent to use comes up over the dinner table.

Thank you again for all your efforts."

Wilfords predominantly operate within the Kensington & Chelsea and City of Westminster postal codes. Our experienced team have collectively over 50 years experience selling and renting property within the area.
