Wiggli

Wiggli is the AI-native recruitment operating system that helps recruitment agencies make more placements and generate more revenue with the same headcount.

Recruiters spend too much of their day searching across tools, updating records and chasing information. Wiggli brings business development, recruitment workflows, candidate and client data, and AI agents into one workspace, from the first client conversation to the final placement.

Our AI agents take on manual and administrative work across sourcing, qualification, outreach preparation and data maintenance. Recruiters gain more time to understand their markets, advise clients, build candidate relationships and close placements.

Agency leaders gain a clearer view of their pipeline, activity and performance, with connected workflows that help the whole business operate more effectively.

Built by recruitment entrepreneurs, Wiggli combines practical agency experience with AI designed around the way recruiters work.

Our ambition is simple: help agencies grow their revenue and profitability while giving their people more time for the work that makes the difference.
