The West Oak Family Office team is captained by Andrew McQuiston and Kelly Demo.

Andrew McQuiston is a native Calgarian who has worked with wealthy families for over two decades. His expertise resides in capital markets and investment management, and helps guide capital allocations, risk mitigation and cash-flow management specific to the outcomes each individual family endeavours to achieve.

Kelly Demo is a Chartered Accountant, and has had the opportunity to work with high-net-worth families since moving to Calgary from Saskatchewan in 1997. Her focus lies in being proactive and helping guide families on ways they can save tax and protect their capital, as well as governance and financial literacy across generations to help ensure all generations have the ability to be responsible stewards of wealth.
