Sat Şirketler Grubu 2012 Yılında Nevşehir’de başlayan ticari hayatına Kenan VURAL Başkanlığında markalaşarak otomotiv, güvenlik, temizlik ve sağlık alanlarında Türkiye’nin çeşitli illerinde varlığını sürdürmüştür. 2018 Yıllarında İstanbul merkezli Sağlık sektörüne girerek kısa sürede ambulans filosu kurmuştur ve yine Türkiye geneli AVM revir kurulumu ve işletmeciliği hizmetide vermektedir. 2021 yılında ise bünyesine Güvenlik ve Temizlik Hizmetlerinide katarak Türkiye’de sayılı şirketler arasına girmeye hızla ilerlemektedir.
