VITALSpace

VitalSpace is redefining how essential spaces are created, delivered, and experienced. As the parent brand powering SteelCell, Portable Solutions Group (PSG), and CareAffirm, VitalSpace unites modular innovators under one purpose-driven platform committed to safety, security, and human-centered design.

Our companies operate independently while benefiting from shared expertise, operational support, and a collaborative commitment to innovation. Together, we deliver solutions that serve critical industries—from justice and industrial job sites to behavioral health, reentry, and rehabilitation environments.

SteelCell leads the nation in prefabricated modular steel units for correctional facilities. PSG specializes in containerized structures and engineered enclosures that enhance safety and productivity on active job sites. CareAffirm brings a compassionate, research-backed approach to the environments where people recover, heal, and rebuild—providing trauma-informed solutions for behavioral health and justice settings.

VitalSpace empowers each brand to continue leading their markets while building an integrated family of solutions focused on transforming the places where people live, work, and recover.
