Vishvaraj Environment Ltd

Vishvaraj Environment the flagship of the Vishvaraj Group is a purpose led, ESG-focused water utility transforming how India approaches water sustainability and wastewater reuse.

As social entrepreneurs, we go beyond infrastructure. We focus on creating long term impact by ensuring water access, resilience, and security for future generations.

Our vision is simple but powerful: public good first, sustainable business next. This principle led us to pioneer the 4P model – Public, Private, People, and Partnership, placing citizens at the centre of every solution. Our approach is socially inclusive, environmentally responsible, and economically viable.

From India’s first fully city water access project in Nagpur bringing clean drinking water to 2.7 million people to supplying treated wastewater to thermal power plants and freeing up 190 MLD of fresh water for the next 35 years, we’re building a positive water cycle through innovation and smart infrastructure.

Beyond water, we have expanded into renewable energy, with four solar power projects under development in Maharashtra.

Our numbers speak for our impact:

- 20+ years of expertise in water & wastewater management

- Projects across 30 cities in India

- Rural water, irrigation and solar projects reaching 2,500+ villages

- Recognized as Rank 24 among the Top 50 Global Private Water Operators (GWI Ranking)

- Winner of multiple national awards, including a Best Practice Award by the Prime Minister of India

- Successfully commissioned a project in the Maldives to strengthen water security and sustainability

Our mission is clear: Sustainable. Efficient. Accountable to People.

Because for us, water is not just a resource it’s a lifeline.
