Victoria Capital Partners LP (together with its affiliates, “Victoria Capital Partners” or the “Firm”) is an independent investment firm, wholly owned by its partners. Focused on private equity investments in South America, Victoria Capital Partners was established in 2007 as DLJ South American Partners and was renamed Victoria in 2011. To date, the Firm has raised capital commitments in excess of US$1.7 billion in aggregate. Victoria Capital Partners seeks significant capital appreciation through equity-related investments in leading, growth-oriented companies across its core markets in South America.
