Overview
VERDEX'S STORY: "BUILDING SOMETHING BETTER"
Rex Kirby, our founder and president, wanted to start and grow a company that was committed to “Building Something Better”... better people, better buildings, and better communities. He felt so strongly about the saying that he trademarked it! Our team shares this common passion of Building Something Better, and we're collectively united in delivering on this promise.
AGILE, DIVERSIFIED, PROBLEM SOLVERS
Our agile team has experience with a wide range of projects ranging from small renovation/repair projects to ventures valued at $200+ million. Our areas of focus include preconstruction and construction services for multifamily; hospitality; senior living; commercial/mixed use; public sector (government and education), non-profit, and industrial. We like getting up each morning to find solutions to each project’s challenges, whether through cost savings alternatives or a unique approach in the field.
OUR PLEDGE
To be the rare commodity in the construction industry by being responsive, operating with integrity and having true passion for “Building Something Better.”
