VERA Real Estate Appraisal and Consultancy Co. was founded in July 2014 according to locally and internationally accepted norms and the regulations of Capital Markets and Banking controllers to provide real estate valuation and consulting services.

Since it fulfills all quality requirements with regards to service documentation, infrastructure and process management, VERA has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system certification.

VERA staff consists of experienced and dedicated employees and managers coming from different industrial backgrounds.

VERA’s executive team consists of highly qualified managers licensed by the Capital Markets Board.

Our company was approved by the Capital Markets Board on April 3, 2015 for listing within the real estate valuation service providers as per “The Communiqué on Principles for the Companies that Provide Real Estate Valuation Services within the Legislation on Capital Markets and on the Listing of the same by the Board” of serial VIII. and number 35 by the Capital Markets Board.

As per the decision of the Capital Markets Board dated 06/18/2015 and numbered 6340 and with reference to Article 11 of the ‘Regulation on the Activities and Authorization of Companies to Give Valuation Services to Banks’, our company has been authorized to give ‘Real Estate, Real Estate Project or the Assessment of Rights and Privileges with regards to owned Real Estate’ services under Article 4 of the same Regulation.
