Venue has entered the Turkish market by acquiring the portfolio of Vastned Retail N.V., leading investor and developer of hight street retail, to become the next-generation player in real estate.

With high street retail, upscale residence and new age hotel investments, Venue designs living venues in Istanbul and other metropolises across the globe.

Retail spaces developed by Venue are leased long term by leading international brands such as Chanel, Zara, Vakko, H&M, Starbucks and MAC. The majority of Venue’s retail portfolio is located on Istiklal Avenue, which is the beating heart of Istanbul’s shopping and social scene for the past 150 years.

As an upscale residence developer, Venue builds boutique living spaces in the most exquisite locations in the city, including Abdi İpekçi Avenue, the most prestigious high street in Nişantaşı.

Venue has also partnered with Marriott Group for Beyoğlu’s iconic Afrika Han, of which Venue is the investor and the developer. Venue has introduced the international hotel chain Moxy in Turkey for the first time, and it has also developed Vakko Hotel & Residence in collaboration with its business partner, Vakko.
