1978 yılında İzmir'de açtığı perakende mağazaların ardından kurumsal bir kimlik kazanan Vena Tekstil A.Ş. "VENA" markasını yaratarak jean üretimi yapmaya bu yıllarda başlamıştır. 1990-1996 yılları arasında üretim kapasitesini arttırarak dünyanın önde gelen markalarına ihracat yapan Vena Tekstil bu yıllardan sonra kendi markası için üretim yapmaya devam etmiştir.
