Usi Italia

When a spray booth fails to perform, the entire production line stops.

For over 50 years, USI ITALIA has been engineering the solution: high-performance spray booths and surface finishing systems that body shops, industrial facilities, and specialized sectors can count on — day after day, shift after shift.

What we design and build:

Spray booths for automotive & body repair shops

Preparation and finishing areas for industrial vehicles

Systems for large vehicles: trucks, buses, trains

Coating equipment for shipyards

Custom solutions for industrial sectors with demanding finishing requirements

Why manufacturers and operators worldwide choose USI ITALIA:

We don't just deliver a machine. From our headquarters in Verona, Italy, we offer a complete ecosystem: R&D, automated production, testing, commissioning, training, and dedicated after-sales support. Every system is engineered for total airflow control, minimized cycle times, and consistent finish quality — regardless of production volume.

Our solutions are installed across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond — trusted by automotive groups, fleet operators, training institutions, and industrial manufacturers who cannot afford downtime or finish defects.
