Upspace

We are an award-winning developer specialising in residential airspace development through transforming under-utilised spaces into habitable dwellings - helping address London’s housing shortage.

We aim to develop airspaces to accommodate modest residential apartments ensuring the original character of the residential building is maintained.

Such techniques allow us to greatly minimise project lead times, minimise disruption to existing occupiers and reduce a project’s carbon footprint.

Through refurbishment of common areas, building entrances & facades, our developments add value to existing properties whilst upgrading the safety & security of buildings.

Our in-house specialist teams allow us to consistently maximise the potential of every site ultimately enabling us to deliver extraordinary homes.

Once built out, we aim to retain the new apartments meaning no corners are cut as post construction Upspace retains a link to the new development and the existing freehold building. With such works we aim to increase the value of freeholds whilst simultaneously increasing the value of existing leasehold homes.
