TTORG, Ünpa İnşaat adıyla 1992 yılında İstanbul'da faaliyete başlamış ve 11 yıllık inşaat tecrübesine yeni bir kol açarak, TOURIST INTERNATIONAL Seyahat Acentası adıyla turizm sektöründe de yerini almıştır. Artan talepler karşısında, daha kaliteli hizmet vermek amacıyla 2006 yılında Antalya şubesi açılmıştır. Ardından 2011 yılı sonunda, altyapısı genişletilip vizyonu yenilenerek, TTORG markası oluşturulmuş ve Ankara şubesi hizmete girmiştir.
