UNITS Projesi 3 aşamadan oluşmaktadır.
1. KISIM
UNITS Ek Gelir adı verdiğimiz bu kısım, Türkiye'deki 180 Üniversitede oluşturulan temsilcilikler sayesinde UNITS'in Üniversite Sorumluları ile irtibata geçilerek referans yoluyla aramıza katılan ve okurken "Ek Gelir" kazanmayı sağlayan bir oluşumdur.
2. KISIM
UNITS Startup adı verdiğimiz bu kısımda, Üniversiteli gençlerin okurken hayata geçirmeyi planladıkları girişimlerine yatırım yapan ve yıl sonunda düzenlenecek konferansımızda yıl içerisinde alınan tüm projelerin değerlendirilip aralarından ilk 3 startup ın hayata geçirileceği bir platformdur. Bu platform sayesinde gençler sektörde tanınan güçlü isimlerden mentorluk alabilme hakkına sahip olabileceklerdir.
3. KISIM
UNITS Beyin olarak adlandırdığımız bu kısım, geleceğini Bilişim Teknolojilerinin Sosyal Medya, Dijital Pazarlama, Grafik Tasarım, Video, Yazılım gibi alanlarında şekillendirmek isteyen kişilerin mülakata tabi tutulup 6 aylık eğitim ve deneme sürelerinden geçerek ITS Group çatısı altında iş başı yaplarını sağlayan platformdur.
