Türkiye‘nin önde gelen bağımsız, banka dışı faktoring şirketi olan Ulusal Faktoring A.Ş. ("Ulusal"), 2001 yılında faaliyete geçmiştir. Aralık 2011’de uluslararası yatırım şirketi PineBridge Eurasia Financial Investments, Ulusal'ın %47’sine ortak olmuştur.
Ağustos 2012'de JCR Eurasia Rating, Ulusal'ın uzun vadeli ulusal notunu ‘A (Trk)', kısa vadeli ulusal notunu ise ‘A-1 (Trk)' olarak belirlemiştir. Ulusal'ın Kasım 2012'de gerçekleştirdiği 60 milyon TL tutarındaki tahvil ihracına büyük ölçekli Türk şirketleri ile nitelikli bireysel ve çeşitli kurumsal yatırımcılar katılmıştır.
