Ugurlu RED is an extension of Uğurlu Engineering firm. Ugurlu Engineering has extended the Turkish residential construction point of view by managing to develop more than 1.000 redsidential units with a total area of 120.000 sqm in 6 years, which was an unreachable target for any construction firm at the time. The success of the firm led the partners to found another firm named RD City Planning & Investment Co. in Istanbul aiming larger projects, forming satellite cities on Istanbul at the year of 1977. The company invested on several lands thorough out Turkey, totaling an area of 6.500.000 sqm. By the sales of some of the assets, in 1990 under the company name Botim Co., the partners entered the Shopping Mall business by purchasing the majority shares of Atrium Shopping Mall of Istanbul.

By the establishment of Ugurlu RED in 2010, the company gained a more flexible and fast decision constituon, in order to increase the efficiency, creativeness and the possibilities to enter to new industries.

Ugurlu RED has served for more than 40 years, in several different industries and gained an extensive expertise on construction, administration, management, real estate investment, development & retail businesses. Being the major shareholder on one of the first modern shopping malls in Turkey, led Ugurlu RED to get into business relationships with both local and international retail companies on long term agreements.
