1980 yılında Türkiye otomotiv sektörünün merkezi Bursa’da kuruldu.
İlk günden itibaren kaliteyi ön planda tutan felsefe ve tecrübeli personeli sayesinde iç pazarda orijinalin muadili seviyesine ulaştı.

Kendi mülkü olan yeni fabrikasında, 10.000 m2 kapalı alanda ve 150`nin üzerinde tecrübeli personeli ile büyümeye devam etmektedir.
AR&GE bölümü ve yeni geliştirilen ömür test cihazları sayesinde OEM piyasasını da hedeflemektedir.
