TurkRED™ is the first and the only reducer company that uses globoidal worm gearing (double enveloping worm gearing) technology in Turkey. TurkRED™ brand belongs to ATEŞ MAKİNA and is owned by Cevat ATEŞ. ATEŞ MAKİNA/Cevat ATEŞ is a well-established company and was founded the year 1980. Our company has been a pioneer especially in the tire ındustry since 1980. Our Company, that wants to concentrate its production concept on mass production in 2005, started to produce this technology.

Although, almost every reducer company in the world produces classic cylindrical worm gearing, there are a few companies that produce globoidal worm gearing. Its own private manufacturing methods, all the other gears completely different calculation methods and basic working principles, special tools and the need for special looms are the factors that make the production difficult and also they are reasons for there being a small number of manufacturers. Our company that feels the effectiveness of this system upon primarily in the defense industry and heavy industry and in all branches of industry in Turkey is specialized in this issue.

TurkRED™ reducers which gives %50 more output torque than the previous generation reducers (classic cylindrical wormgearing reducers) with high performance facilities, improved raw material specifications and using synthetic lubrication oil.
