Overview
Türkiye ve Rusya arasında çeşitli alanlardaki ilişkilerin günden güne artması her iki toplumun birbirini daha yakından tanıması ihtiyacını doğurmuştur. Bu ihtiyaç doğrultusunda Türk ve Rus girişimci, akademisyen ve sanatçılar tarafından Türk-Rus Kültür Vakfı kurulmuştur. Mütevelli Heyeti Başkanlığını Fatih Baltacı'nın yaptığı Vakfın danışma kurulunda Alexander Sokolov (Moskova Çaykovski Devlet Konservatuarı Rektörü), Boris Eyfman (Boris Eyfman Akademisi Sanat Yönetmeni), Vladimir Menşov (Oscar ödüllü yönetmen), Yuri Rozum (Devlet Sanatçısı, piyanist), Hilmi Yavuz (yazar ve şair) gibi isimler bulunmaktadır.
Türk Rus Kültür Vakfı Dil Okulu, Moskova Devlet Üniversitesi Hazırlık Kursu'nun ve Sınav Merkezi'nin Türkiye'deki resmi temsilcisidir.
