Tulpar Tech provides consulting, engineering and managed operational services for organizations running business-critical PostgreSQL and open-source infrastructure.

Our primary specialization is PostgreSQL. We support PostgreSQL environments across their lifecycle — from assessment and architecture through troubleshooting, performance optimization, high availability, upgrades, migrations, backup/recovery and ongoing DBA operations.

Engagements can range from focused assessments and remediation projects to migrations, recurring advisory and managed operations.

We work directly with organizations and also support technology companies and system integrators requiring senior specialist capacity for customer projects.

Services are delivered primarily remotely across Türkiye and international markets, with planned on-site engagement where appropriate.
