Company founder, who has worked as a senior Executive in Marketing, Advertising, Corporate Communications, Business Development, and CRM functions in Insurance, Finance, and Fashion Retail Sectors in her professional business life of more than 20 years and then served as Senior Consultant / Partner in Executive Search and Selection projects for about 10 years between 2013-2023.

During this period, she successfully carried out many senior executive placement consultancy projects in different functions and in different sectors such as Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Industry, Production, Energy, Health, Logistics, IT, Real Estate, and Professional Services. Some of the projects she has realized are; CEO level - General Manager, CEO, CMO, CFO, CSO, CHRO, and the different functions of the Director and Senior Group Management.
